Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority. Please allow 3-5 business days for all items listed on the site. At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. All items must be paid in advance before being shipped. 

RETURNS & REPAIRS

Most pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please send us an email to trebirdbuffalo@gmail.com.  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders
  • Damaged items (Unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
  • Sale items

SIZING

We do our best to offer rings in a variety of sizes. We cannot resize rings after they have been made however,  we can try to recreate the same design and make a new one. (Due to the nature of the stone rings, we are unable to recreate or resize these designs.)

Not sure of your ring size? Buy a ring sizer here! This is the most accurate way for us to create a ring sized just for you. 

JEWELRY CARE

All of our jewelry is handmade by Katie Toth from .925 Sterling Silver. Each design is simple and created to be worn daily. To keep the silver shining, please care for your jewelry to prevent damage and tarnish. 

  • If you have a stone piece, avoid wearing in water. (Showering, swimming, etc.)
  • Clean jewelry with mild, soapy water and polish with a polishing cloth (Included in all orders over $100!) Need one ASAP? Get them here
  • Oxidation is a natural occurrence of wearing sterling silver. To avoid oxidation and rust, please store jewelry in an air-tight bag. (If oxidation occurs, please send us an email - trebirdbuffalo@gmail.com.)
